Q4 ENCHANTING JOURNEY

 Several important lessons surfaced from the frenzy of activities and festivities captured in the blog postings during the fourth quarter, creating a rich tapestry of experiences that nourished the heart and intellect. The beauty of cultural history and community ties was made evident through the Ilocos Sur Festival investigation.
